I read awhile back that he had some digestive issues with meat and that is why he switched. I don’t know if McCartney had an affect on him or not.

As we get older, all kinds of things that didn’t bother us before can become problematic.

He does look good, tho.

I think I’m becoming like that. I had no problems eating meat for so many years as a child. Ate meat practically everyday. Now I get a funny reaction when I eat Pork. Chicken..somewhat. I’m gradually weaning off meat gradually. My stomach can’t handle meat, not sure why. So I am researching on veggie recipes so that I can cook. After eating meat, my stomach feels like I want to throw it up, which I don’t and feel lethargic also.

I've always liked Ringo. He and George seemed the most grounded.

I did hear that later in life John Lennon was becoming more conservative. Apparently from sources I read he felt that Carter was a phony and had made the remark that if he could have voted in November of 1980 he would have voted for Reagan. Unfortunately his time was short.
