Now that is a motor! One of my favorite planes of that era and the super corsair was ridiculous and terrifying. I still marvel at the piston engines of WWII. Its fun to point out that those motors were turbo charged to gearheads obsessed with modern technology. My only regret in life was that I was born too late to fly in the army air corps.
