She went fro commander to 4 star admiral in 15 years. That tells me the promotions boards are more interested in advancing a minority than finding qualified candidates.
Obama is the person who nominated her for the position. It’s pure politics. No that she’s not capable...but I’m betting she stomped on a whole bunch of ladies when Obama called.
