Personally, I think it is very obvious that Serena uses PEDs. Maybe they have finally caught up with her.
I don’t see how it could be much more obvious.
Serena nearly died from a pulmonary embolism not to long ago.
I think she has ongoing respiratory issues that continue to threaten her health and manifest occasionally in some way on the tennis court.
