German actor Oliver Pocher ... joked that he was only going to dance when “Ni**as in Vienna” was played - a reference to Kanye and Jay-Z's song, “Ni**as In Paris”.Oh, I see. The Europeans didn't understand the nuances of who is allowed to refer to "Niggas" (Kanye West and Jay-Z) and who isn't (German actors and any other European).
