A President Obama appointed Federal Judge ruled that the US and Mexico border fence is racist.
Some times you wonder what in the world goes through the liberal mind set, especially in the court room.
President Obama appointed Judge Beryl Howell in 2010 to the United States District Court for the US District of Colombia. One has to wonder why a US District of Colombia court is ruling on the fence in Texas. In her opinion from the 37 page Border Fence Ruling, Judge Howell declared that the fence on the border between the United States and Mexico in the state of Texas is racist

Border fences are racist!
Mexico is building one on its Southern border to keep Central Americans out.
Therefore Mexico is racist.
Therefore we *NEED* a barrier to keep out those racist Mexicans!
So judge, which race does the fence block entry and which race does it permit entry?

This judge needs to go to prison.

Please read the court’s decision. This was not a ruling on the “racist nature of the fence”, this was purely a ruling on releasing of documents and emails requested under the FOIA. Having been through the FOIA circus, I can tell you that this was a reasoned opinion for and against the CBP and the requestor. Basically all she got was the names, addresses and other identifying information concerning the land owners that have/are negotiating with the CBP for their land in order to build 370 miles of fence in Texas. She wants to make the point that the fence impacts minorities and poor folks dispropotionately to other property owners. I doubt that she can make that point, but spin is spin.
This judge is a beryl of howells. Seriously, we need to take our country back. Our worst enemies live inside our borders.

How can such a fence be racist? Such a fence is an equal opportunity fence: It doesn't discriminate among illegals from China, India, other Asian countries. and those from Latin America.
Passports and visas: It is like saying that requiring passports and visas for foreigners trying to enter the United States is racist.
Health exams racist? It is like calling racist the requirement that those trying to become American citizens pass health exams to make sure they are not bringing dangerous diseases into the US.
State immigration office: Every state should have its own immigration office so that it can keep track of legal and illegal immigrants in its state.
If these judges just started disappearing would it be murder, or simply preemptive self-defense?
