my youngest had to remove her glasses for both DMV and her passport photos, and she wears them always for vision correction since she can’t wear contacts. she didn’t bawl or whine about how they aren’t accepting how she normally LOOKS. the world has gone crazy, how terrible for your co-worker.

She should claim her rights as a “vision-nonconformist” and demand that the photos be retaken.
