a suspicious, fiery car crash

Any fiery car crash is suspicious by its very nature. Unless non-automotive components are planted in the car, car crashes are rarely "fiery".

How about the fact that it spit its engine out like a used up wad of Red Man? There were actually shills out there saying that Mercedes designed it to do that. Mercedes designs their engines to roll under the floor instead of into your lap. They don't design them to fly far enough to take out entire classes of schoolchildren or whole sidewalk cafes.
