Agreed, and that was not my intent. Merely that there is a segment of the US population that does not want to be civilized. These types need to be removed from society if society is to continue.
You mentioned America being the root cause and listed some arguable reasons for their behaviour, but you did not compare that to a similar set in the white or asian communities. Why the different outcomes?
There are thugs and gangstas among poor whites and Asians in America. There are white skinheads and Cambodian and Filipino gangs. It’s a low class, social chaos thing.
But feral behavior has increased among blacks and other children of poor urban, single moms in general in America since the Great Society, urban decay, sexual revolution, and other social events, I don’t see how it would be an African thing.
Like you couldn’t say that meth labs in places like Indiana are part and parcel of the European origin of white trash, could you?
As to why there are relatively more white and asian non-ferals, I’d say fewer were targeted by the urban blight. More moved to the suburbs and “assimilated”. Blacks stuck together more. By choice, often.
