Winter Olympics in the desert? Really?
Does Arizona have ski resorts in the mountains of Arizona? I know places such as Flagstaff gets lots of snow in the winter, not sure if they have ski facilities though.
Flagstaff actually does have ski facilities- Arizona Snow Bowl is what it used to be called- pretty neat but not large scale and doesn’t always get enough snow. I am sure the area is not up to Olympic needs. I would imagine one of the large Colorado resorts would be much more appropriate.
