‘went berserk’ That is a pretty damning statement.
....surprised they didn’t claim he ‘murdered’ the two punks.
Course if it weren’t for sensationalist headlines, the NY Daily News would have nothing to report.
As to uncooperative, he is just following ‘the guidelines’ of saying NOTHING to anyone but a lawyer.
Can’t imagine the neighborhood he was in but pretty sure he wouldn’t want to be standing in the middle of the street when the rest of the troglodytes came crawling up out of the sewer...Probably figured he was better off trying to get his car back....
At least that is the ‘defense’ I would be using ....

The victim was berserk, the criminals were "loving and caring".... This country is sick to the bone..... The cure is going to be.....frighting to behold..!
The victim can reasonably claim not guilty by reason of temporary insanity. Being on the streets at 4 am in Wakefield is certifiably insane to begin with.
And given the fact is was 4:40 AM, in a high crime neighborhood, exactly who was out and about to claim he went "berserk".
