mabye this is an irrelevent fact but that is not an image from a “full body scanner”. that is an x-ray. the full body scanners that made the news the last decade following 9-11 just scan beneath clothing....youcan see this dudes relegion:)
I am sure the prison uses properly licensed and certified technicians to run this xray equipment, and the equipment is operated under strict guidelines set forth by the FDA, OSHA, and the rest of the gooberment busybodies./s
