Sago Palm Grubs. Fat and Protein. And—listen up vegans!—you can gind up the Sago palm and use it for flour! They don’t grow in Kansas though. Guess I’m just stuck with beer, bread, and beef.

Here’s the episode where he’s eating maggots found in a rotting marmot. I remember watching this on TV several years ago. He begins by explaining that you first bite the heads off and spit them out “because the heads taste disgusting...” LOL
