Scott Taylor lives just feet from where a massive bridge project is happening on Interstate 95 Must be the Whittier Bridge project. Just checked on Google Earth. Nearest building is more than 100 feet away. The article "just feet" brought back images of Boston's elevated train going through Roxbury about 20 feet from tenement housing. Taylor is a whiner. Gotta be an Obama voter.
