The content is delivered by whatever you are using for your internet content. Might be cable, phoneline, or cell/4G. Aero sells you rights to use an antenna that receives broadcast teevee, and delivers the content to your internet device.
Portable teevee just receives the content and shows it. The networks want a piece of Aero's income stream.
