This volcano is LONG OVERDUE to erupt, by about 5,000+ years. It would make Vesuvius look like a sparkler.

Wrong!The states of Washington, Oregon and parts of California do OK. Texas has experienced ash fall in past eruptions, so I wouldn’t want to be in Texas.
