This "zoo" seems to be nothing more than an abattoir. They don't seem to shift themselves much to rehome unwanted animals. They'd rather kill them. They are a bunch of sick misguided ____s. The "zoo" should either be closed or put into the hands of some actually competent people.

I was REALLY upset about them killing Marius the giraffe and still am. Poor thing, suckered into putting his head down for his favorite treat, only to be shot and butchered.

I understand some zoos were in *negotions* with the Danish zoo regarding the fate of the giraffe....and they went ahead anyway.
