People have been trying to “save Africa” for the last 100 years. Every gadget in the world has been invented from $50 computers to lights that use your body heat as energy, to paper microscopes
Why does non of it work?

There are very few places in the world that don’t have access to a microscope. A basic compound microscope can be purchased for $50. Remote clinics do need water purifiers, instrument sterilizers, refrigerators, and reliable power.
