Not good to be a homosexual in muslim country. I suspect he was going to come out of the closet because of his fervent support of the jailed activist, thus wife and children split the scene. Pilot then goes berserk and decides to do something dramatic....kind of the pilot equivalent of a shooting spree.

Didn’t say where they are. Hope they’re not dead. We don’t know if the pilot is the hijacker, or if the passengers are dead, but anybody who would kill 239 people isn’t above wife-o-cide.
I read an article that said they were likely to have gone south. Why? What’s in the Indian Ocean? Doesn’t it make more sense they would head north or west?
