Its been a rough week in terms of eaters finding disgusting things in their food. There was Jon Hughes of North Wales, who found a dead shrew inside his bag of potato chips , and Robin Sandusky of New York who found a lizards head and arm inside her salad . Making this a trifecta is Natalie Estrella, who found a large, disgusting bug in her soup from a New York restaurant, as WPIX 11 News reports.
After finding the bug (and taking a picture), she alerted her waiter. The waiter took the soup away and disposed of the bug, which Estrella believes is a silverfish bug, and the restaurants owner offered a refund.
So, whats the deal with Mi Mundo Restaurant? WPIXs investigation found that it has some problems with the Health Department. It has a pending C rating and violations that include, evidence of live mice living there, filth flies, and food contact surfaces that are not properly washed.

“Shh, keep it down, or everyone else will want one.”
does it have omega3s?
Shouldn’t this be in breaking?
I must be blind cause I don’t see a bog in the soup. Someone photoshop a circle around it please
Silver is over $20 per ounce. She hit the jackpot.

I found a decomposing mouse inside a bag of peanuts once. I learned that the law allows for a certain amount of animal parts in certain foods. I knew that I wouldn’t be “permanently traumatized” or anything so we took a ‘nuisance settlement’ (Me, being the nuisance...:) ). Pretty nasty, ‘though.
Anyway, which of these critters is the most prehistoric? I could look it up by I'm sure there's an expert here on FR!
“I dont see a bog in the soup.”
I don’t see wet, spongy ground with soil composed mainly of decayed vegetable matter in the soup either!
this occured in new your city.
when the waiter came over, the bug said “Waiter, there’s a woman eating my pool!”
From the comments at the link;
“Only white wine should be served with a giant silverfish.”
