“Suppose I died, if I died and lost my life I wouldn’t be here to say my own story,” he said while crying. “I’m nobody I don’t have anything to fight with they are the police, they are so strong and powerful I cannot defend myself against them. They have the power to prove whatever they want.”
Yes they do. Voters have given the city and the Police power to swagger around in shiny new police cars and exact “justice”. The City of Oklahoma City just hired 40 new officers, and this is the kind of thing local politicians run for office promising. So for some reason, the issue of more cops and more “safety” still resonates with voters. I have no idea why.
