She's working with John McNaughton but nothing is set in stone yet. So let's keep our fingers crossed that she gets him to sit down in a chair and discuss his work.
Grab a seat and be ready to be inspired at themastersecretssummit.com
Please be aware these interviews will only be available until March 26, 2014, so don't be late and go on over and catch up! And be inspired!

This is just one example.

Yes, I’ve seen several examples of hyper-real paintings. They’re unbelievable.

Amazing, aren't they?
For those who don't know what hyper-realism is, these "photographs" are actually paintings!

I'm amazed at Richard Estes' attention to detail...
Yeah, it's a painting.

Must be the street cleaning day, and the two parked on the right are just waiting to get those $75 tickets.

There's another artistic expression that I find extraordinary.
In Frederick Md, there are a number of murals on display.
Seeing them in person is a wholly different experience than these photos.

Seems to me this approach is against the JR rules. What say you Humblegunner?

“I Alone”
it’s easier not to be wise
and measure these things by your brains
I sank into Eden with you
alone in the church by and by
I’ll read to you here, save your eyes
you’ll need them, your boat is at sea
your anchor is up, you’ve been swept away
and the greatest of teachers won’t hesitate
to leave you there, by yourself, chained to fate
I alone love you
I alone tempt you
I alone love you
fear is not the end of this!
it’s easier not to be great
and measure these things by your eyes
we long to be here by his resolve
alone in the church by and by
to cradle the baby in space
and leave you there by yourself chained to fate
oh, now, we took it back too far,
only love can save us now,
all these riddles that you burn
all come runnin’ back to you,
all these rhythms that you hide
only love can save us now,
all these riddles that you burn yeah, yeah, yeah

If you want something a little more "modern art," a friend of mine turned me onto Endre Szasz, a Hungarian painter...
I'm more interested in his process than really the subject matter.

I’m acquainted with Albert Handell. He’s a good guy. His studio paintings are also very good.
