“Chaotic” and 80,000 volts don’t belong in the same sentence, much less the same device.
“Pull!”

Undead “Info Ping” to article.
Eyes on the skies.
I have no doubt this will be aimed directly at us.
Nully, your ping list may want a look at this as well.

Super loud drone. It would work well on deaf people who are not looking behind them.

Get real good at whatever you carry. I practice at a rate of 50+ rounds every 40 days. But I’ll up it to 100 rounds and include moving targets from now on.
The army developed a pain gun that made people throw away any metal. (If you have fillings, you’re in for meeting with God.) They never deployed it in Iraq because of “bad optics.” But you can bet they’d deploy it against those evil Tea Partiers and former vets and 2nd amendment terrorists.

The Chaotic Unmanned Personal Intercept Drone, or "stun copter," can deliver 80,000 volts of pure projectile terror directly into the skin of an ill-intentioned hoodlum or a TEA Party Patriot.

First public use will be on those tea-party grandmas who go the US Capital, act violently, spit on black congressmen, and clean up garbage at the same time.
