I don’t think Dan White was working as a Jim Jones assassin. He was however a twinkie addict. Ironic in San Francisco.
Dan White had a legitimate beef with Moscone and Milk for the way they had treated him and maneuvered him into resigning from office. Too bad he just didn't walk away, rather than sulk about it and seek revenge. And yup, out of his hot-headed actions we got stuck with Feinstein as Senator for too many years, and the deification of the sodomite Harvey Milk.
