Uh given that the Formula 1 world driving championship began in 1950 how could Russia be absent for 100 years. Yes I know there were grand prix style races prior to 1950 but they were not an organized series of races for a world championship until that year. If there was a Russian Grand Prix around 1914 I would be happy to be informed of it.
