But, in keeping with the advertising theme of being "the biggest chief of them all", I'm surprised they didn't use Putin instead. He's already supplied the world with numerous bare-chested photos of himself riding horses, killing bears with his bare hands, wrestling great white sharks on his lunch break, etc.
Or, maybe it was a language problem. Maybe they meant to say "the biggest THIEF of them all"...
