Cool idea, but I still want mine in cherry sunburst. And don’t chamber the body either; I’m a purist and I firmly believe that a Les Paul should make your back hurt. :)
And before anyone throws terms like “curmudgeon” and “old fart” my way, I’ll cop to the former but not the latter as I’m under 50.
If it made a difference (and I know it doesn’t), I’d love to see some blogger keep track of how many lefty musicians will use it.

I went to the site, and saw the same picture. I’d like to see where the emblem goes on the guitar. It’s not visible in the pic.

I bought this guitar last year. I love the action on it and how it plays.
I don’t know if the picture doesn’t come out well on this one, or if they lightened the color for this year’s version. Mine is a much darker gun metal gray.

I thought this was a brand new model? I’m a Strat/Tele/Shobud guy, and I don’t know much about Gibson. Had an original ‘58 V stolen from me in 1972 though!
I bought mine in February, 2013. This appears to be round two of the version created last year.

Yes, it's ugly, but it's a perfectly normal government color, and that's the point Gibson's making.
Wish I could get one but the wife won’t let me have more than one Les Paul at a time.
I am older, nothing like my 55 paul, orange strat 66, 79 custom..what a great sound..

I lost part of a leg back in December a little below the knee.
It was the left leg, so it's just a high hat foot .Still play'in in church.Haven't build up the endurance for four hour jobs yet though
