IMHO, What Microsoft really should focus on is its commercial licensing on the Enterprise side instead of on the Consumer side.

According to InfoWorld:

Commercial revenue grew 10 percent to $12.67 billion, helped by strong software licensing sales growth of SQL Server, System Center and of enterprise cloud computing products, like Office 365, Azure services and Dynamics CRM Online.

System Center and SQL Server sales each grew by double digits, and revenue from Windows licenses sold in volume to enterprises grew 10 percent.

The XB1 is on my “to buy” list, once I can find one used or there’s a price drop.

I have applied to be the CEO of Microsoft. Seems that nobody else wants the job. Wish me luck. I have big plans should I be appointed.
