"Joe is still in start up mode - trying to run a successful business. Give it time."

That's fair enough.

My personal concern and motivation, by the way, is in regards to ice that sometimes sprays from nearby peaks to the west at speeds up to 110 mph (occasional gusts with prevailing up to around 80 mph sometimes). The ice have piled up to an average of about 3 feet on my hill in the past. The consistency of the ice is nearly like sand and extremely difficult to remove (many more miles of snow fences needed and many more tractors with buckets to pile it upwind from roads).

Winter temps went as low as -39, F, last year (intermontane basin with no weather stations in the treeless part of the west side)—nearly low enough to stop propane in large, residential tanks from producing enough pressure for heating systems. The cold falls and sometimes blows down from the nearby peaks (14-ers) at night and is quickly moderated by hills within three miles to the west of here and winds from other directions on the other side of those hills. This year has been very unusually warm so far, although there was one miserable ice blow for a few days (roads blocked).

The layers of ice have piled up... [Little correction there.]

I agree that AccuWeather is the best at what they do. I see it in forecasts here in FL. I just don’t like Joel and really like Joe. Up until 2 years ago Bastardi pretty much was AccuWeather. Now, I think Joe’s market is a more refined weather audience.

As an aside, my distaste for Myers is due to his actions on the PSU b.o.t. in November 2011. AccuWeather could correctly predict the Apocalypse, and it wouldn’t make up for his failings in 2011.

Thanks for the prayers. I’m just starting the medical chase, and have dedicated all of this years to finding a cure or treatment for it. I have a list of foods I’m not supposed to eat and it leaves little to actually eat. And, of course, no caffeine. Or beer. Or pizza, Mexican, Chinese, pastrami sandwiches, chocolate...

My optometrist recommended magnesium, but I hadn't heard of taking vit. B. I'm sure I'll learn a lot over time. I bought polarized wrap-around dark glasses, and they're actually helping.

Glad to hear you are getting some relief. Thank goodness I have never had them but know folks who have and they suffer terribly with them!
