This is interesting. The implication is that the fourth amendment only protects religion if you are a “religious organization.” Of course, that is absurd on the face of it. It’s why Hobby Lobby is winning their case (so far).

Yes. The implication is that individuals have no religious rights. Only the large religious institutions.

This is what bugs me about the media coverage of the abortion mandate. The keep talking about how catholic hospitals and such are affected. What about the millions of small businesses that are affected? They have no money to sue thus have no say?
