I harvested my garlic a little too late and it’s starting to sprout. I’ve researched ways of preserving it (chop and freeze, chop and refrigerate in olive oil, etc.), but I’d like garden FReeper input. Do you guys have a way of preserving garlic that works well?
I grow 7 or 8 varieties of garlic and I separate the cloves from the bulbs and freeze them it 1 quart zip bags with date and name on the them.
