A 28-year-old man from Los Angeles is facing two charges of animal cruelty over a video that allegedly showed him dragging a puppy down a street. Dossey James is being held on $145,000 bail after a concerned passerby, who filmed the incident, contacted police. The heartbreaking footage shows a tiny bull terrier type puppy being dragged along on its stomach by its leash.

Sad, very sad.
And yet, 1.2 million babies are murdered in this country every year — Where is the outrage for the murdered U.S. citizens (the babies), the most defenseless among us, chirp, chirp, chirp...
The punk should end up in jail.
But a $145,000 bail? Rapists and child abusers don’t get that kind of bail, do they?
I dunno.
If the lil guy doesn’t want to walk and is allowed to continue resisting, pretty soon he calls the shots, poops when he feels like it, etc.
On the other hand and in reality this guy needs to be dragged behind a truck for mile, tossed in the ocean to clean him up and laid on an ant hill for an hour, then tossed back in the ocean to clean him up again...
