That is the goal of these Communist. It gives them the excuse to make America into being the USSA, a Marxist state with totalitarian Communist control. Holders awfully ‘white’ looking to be doing so much hating on whitey

Frankly, I enjoy the thought of the self-loathing that's surely engendered in the mulatto maggot constantly, being unable to pass a mirror without seeing the hated white % sneering back !

Attorney General Eric Holder called upon the nation’s school districts Wednesday to rethink “zero tolerance” disciplinary policies that he said disproportionately punish minorities and push too many students into the justice system. Alarming numbers of young people are suspended, expelled or even arrested for relatively minor transgressions like school uniform violations, schoolyard fights or showing ‘disrespect’ by laughing in class,” Holder said during a speech in Baltimore.

The whole POINT of "zero tolerance" was to protect schools from charges of racism, by making the punishment be according to rigid rules. But that will not satisfy Holder. Even though his own FBI Uniform Crime Reports show that blacks commit 50% of homicides, he does not want black kids punished at a higher rate than white kids.

To this end, schools will be forced, under threat of lawsuit, to punish white kids for the slightest infraction, while only suspending black kids if they literally commit murder on school grounds.

Liberal progressives don’t want to tackle the problem they created, the decimation of the black family. Fifty years ago only six percent of births in America were out of wedlock Today the number is 72 percent in the black community.

You think that was the point of zero tolerance?

This is related, but I think the primary purpose was to remove the responsibility from the school authorities for making decisions about punishment for infractions.

Later, it morphed into a tool for making sure that there was “fair” punishment of kids that just don’t get into trouble by punishing them for Tylenol/Midol, having a knife in their lunch to cut an apple, making an art project involving military references, etc.
