The quote was 'by the second week of January' which I take to mean prior to January 12. But this is from Orly Taitz. So what she says and what is really happening are almost certainly 180 degrees out from each other.
Darn, you missed my joke. Twenty-four business hours was a come on in a story from 2008:
A final agreement has been reached between African Press International (API) and Fox News Network (USA) on the dates to air the Michelle Obama tape arising from a discussion Mrs. Obama had with the API two weeks ago.
The tape was going to be released within twenty-four business hours.
