Formally, Fidel would be Fidel Castro R. A middle name is rarely employed as part of the formal name.
Of all the things President Obama has done, I think you are convicting him of the wrong one. Many people who have stepfathers, have their last name changed and then changed back. I don’t think there’s anything sinister in that. If anything, wouldn’t, “Barry Soetero,” be the easier name to use in running for office?
