I’m not surprised as gambling is one of the few financial pleasures and loopholes allowed by the government.

I read that wealthy Chinese are buying casino chips and storing them in Macau safe deposit boxes.

Different rules, different outcomes; but we are heading in that direction.

Cannot compare Macau to Vegas. Vegas has a possible draw of 1 billion people within a 3000 mile radius. Macau has about 5 billion.
