This arrived to the restaurant in 4-5 days. Kermit looks pretty good for at least 6 days expired. I hadn't done the "How It's Made" episode yet, but I'm inclined to agree...the Frenchman has obviously been there a much shorter time than the greens. He looks days younger than that, what is it, an egg?
The restaurant ought to be sued for passing that off as an egg.
