I saw that! I thought about canning some, too. Haven’t done that in a few years, now. Do you add any liquid to your jars? Thanks, easty.

Nope, just season to taste, pack the jar as tight as you can and leave about an inch or so headroom. Open and heat for instant roast beef.

BTW, they had a limit of two. So I buzzed the backroom of the butchers and told them I wanted 2, 20 pound roast. No problem, I had my 2 limit.
