Rap is not music. As for Rock and Roll, Ralph Ellison had this to say: "Rock and roll is a rip off of negro church music. An obscene looting of a cultural expression."
Maybe the blacks are mad that Mitt Jagger ripped them off and take their revenge by giving us this rap non music form.
