Statistically, the most reliable indicator of long life is to be male and have a long lived older brother.

Interesting, because my Dad just died at age 92, and his older brother, my uncle, is still alive at 94.

My older brother is 67 and in excellent health, so I’m hoping this statistical trend continues.

Yeah, I know what you mean.

I have a friend who tells me I should watch my health. She is always following the next “health” fad and shiny object.

I remind her of the age my family members die at, including my grandma who passed at 103.

She reminds me of my Uncle, who died at 48.

I usually laugh and remind her there really isn’t much your gonna do to escape that biotch, who visits you in a scary hooded robe and a scythe. Oarticularly when you slam headon into the side of a semi truck at 50 mph and compound that tragedy by not wearing a helmet.

Besides, we generally die of old age.

So, I don’t take life seriously. No one gets out of this thing alive anyway.
