No. The game was vacated by the NCAA because OSU knowingly used ineligible players. It does not appear as an OSU win in the NCAA record book or in the 2011 bowl records.
Today, as in fifty years from now, there is no record of OSU beating Arkansas on any official record.
OSU is 0-10 in bowl games against SEC teams.
