Well if we are using past performance to judge who goes this year...then No one has beaten OSU for 2 years! That makes them #1.

OSU plays a weak schedule compared to the SEC's. This year OSU's non-conference schedule included Buffalo, Florida A&M, San Diego State, and California. And the Big 10 schedule is also weak. The Buckeyes’ quality wins? Wisconsin (9-3) and maybe Iowa (yes, Iowa). Ohio State beat two 1-11 teams. Auburn beat eight teams that were .500 or better.

Three out of the top 5 teams in the country are from the SEC. There are 7 SEC teams ranked in the top 25 compared to two for the Big Ten.
