To me, it all boils down to one thing. A frugal diet is the key to longevity. There’s just no reason to eat the amount of food that we’re accustomed to when you could live on a fraction of it.
Go three days without eating, you might get a feel for what many people feel all the time. Sadly eating doesn't seem to offer much relief, but people sure eat in an attempt to get relief. This notion is not popular either.
Longevity isn't all it is cracked up to be.
My great grandfather lived to be 98.
His daughter lived to be 91.
The last 20 ain't anything like the first 20.

It’s comfort food. I do it too. I just so happen to have some medical problems, and I can’t get rid of the fat around my midsection.
But comfort food is a big problem. I want to try eating more smaller meals throughout the day, but I’m getting forgetful, and wouldn’t know how to go about it in the first place.
