That is terrific - so proud you could do that.

It’s 10 pm and I don’t have rain yet. I’ll have it all day tomorrow, Friday.

Wow, that is so cool. Very nice job!
Most excellent. You've done a great job.

Thank you. I'm blushing..and thinking I should go out there with a flashlight and put those furring strips on tonight before the wind hits it..

I wonder if my trouble light, with a 100 watt bulb will keep it from freezing in there, or if I should put a heat lamp in there..I have no idea how hot a heat lamp gets. I bought one today at Home Depot. So many questions..so little time..weatherman says 31 by noon tomorrow, and staying at that temp for four days.

The rain is really coming down here, and the temp is falling.

Yikes, it just hit the Central TX Hill Country. The wind sounded so loud, I went out to see if my little greenhouse was still standing, or if the plastic was holding up. It is, but my deck, which I blew the leaves off of earlier is covered with leaves, and it's raining a cold rain.

Our weatherman told us to expect freezing weather on Sunday and Monday, with possible ice. So today we’re off to put covers on the strawberries, cabbage, cauliflowers and garlic.

Weatherunderground is showing possible below freezing temps Monday and Tuesday. It's not freezing here, but the wind chill is making it really, really cold to be outside. Everything is tucked in that needs to be, and can come back out when it warms back up next week.

You would be surprised at how warm a 100 watt bulb can keep a little area if there is no wind. You'll have to experiment and measure using a thermometer, but you'll figure out what you need for your greenhouse.

Lol, my gunsmith brought me the cattle panels a couple of months ago, along with derogating comments similar to "you'll shoot your eye out", then when I bought the compound mitre saw, more snarky comments.

Now that I finished it, and still have all my fingers, and my back didn't give out, nary a peep from him about my total old lady awesomousity..

I wnt to Walmart, and boutght a cheap thermometer to put in the greenhouse. I wanted the fancy remote sensor one, so I could just sit on my rear, and know the temp in there, but decided to save the 48 buck difference.

Anyway, it's 36F outside, and it's 56F in the greenhouse with the heat lamp on.
