At the time of this speech, he hadn’t read SQUAT about the Bill. His teleprompter tells him what to say but HE is still LEGALLY responsible for his words (or at least SHOULD be).
Thanks for replying. I need to clarify that I wasn't trying to defend what Obama did or did not say about Obamacare. I agree that he is LEGALLY responsible for claming what Obamacare would or would not do since he hadn't read the bill, and therefore had no solid basis for any claims that the made.
