And Pearl Harbor was just a hole filled with water.

The only factual comparison is that of Emperor Hirohito's deceit to Lincoln's.

Just as our entry into WWII is considered Dec 7 1941. Not Dec 8 when war was legally declared. It is the act of aggression that denotes the start of war, not the paperwork.

It is only taking you 2 posts now for you to resort to ad hominem attacks. Not a characteristic of honorable people.

Then you would agree that the first act of aggression “denotes the start of war”.

How does one then define aggression?

First to fire a pistol? A rifle? A cannon? First to fire twice in a row? First to fire on military? Militia?

First to fire on a ship? On a fort?

Nothing in my posts are any more “ad hominem” than yours.

As usual with the Lost Cause contingent, everything they do is excused, while everything you do is oppression.

You must have forgotten this of yours:

“You mean the cross-dresser (sic) jeff (sic) davis (sic), right?”

She's probably about 15 in your picture. This is her at 19, when she married Davis:

Ok the artist rendering of Mrs. Davis does distort and flatter, so I concede. I do think she was above average for the mid 19th century...
