Can you do that? Rush up to a Gator and startle them into walking away. Does that usually work? It looks like the police were trying to give him time to move on his own. I didn’t see any shotguns being aimed, which is good.

There is a wives tale about zig zagging as you walk away from a gator. I know that is just that. A wives tale. Gators can run 17 mph. The gators also like to hide under cars. Always look under the car before opening the car door in Florida. LOL!.
