Even after that, she doesn’t place the package on the porch, she tosses it!

What a slacking loser. She should be arrested for damaging private property.

That's friggin' awesome. Drive, initiative, and assertiveness . . . all in a union employee. Promote her.

If she were IRS and this was a conservative organization, she would become a director on the spot.

I suspect this lady is NOT a union member. Without a uniform she’s likely a private contract rural carrier or a more temporary casual employee.
To: Colonel Kangaroo
Well then, problem solved. Make her the union steward.

City carriers are the only postal workers required to wear uniforms and even their subs aren’t required to wear them.

At least she delivered the package.
Where I am, the postman doesn’t even bring the package, just puts a notice in the mailbox (it happened even when I was home, never rang the bell), and then I leave out the notice, after signing and instructing them to redeliver (an option on the notice), he ignores it and won’t redeliver it, and I have to go to the post office myself to get the package. This happens routinely, even for small, light packages. I would prefer if he did drive up in the drive way to the door.

Without a uniform shes likely a private contract rural carrier or a more temporary casual employee.or her nephews were using it on their campout for a tent for their scout troop that day.

This is just another reason why the postal service is a failing business.
When I was a kid, the mail persons were always in uniform and looking sharp.
Nowadays, you have Pookie delivering your mail.
