Good field work for those that live in appropriate areas (inner city) is to do a study of how many tattoo parlors have signs out in plain view claiming to accept EBT?
I went into a rage seeing a local Chevron station with a big banner out front proclaiming accepting EBT until someone said it was only for the junk food in the mini-mart, not gasoline.
