I think what they’re doing tonight is smart. They’re sending the same resolution to the senate with an amendment naming negotiators. Now Reid has to state on the record that he doesn’t want to negotiate.

Every democrat talking head on TV I have seen says GOP will suffer and take the blame for the shutdown. Today on The Five TV show, Bob Beckel was literally shaking and grim when he said “mark my words, this will hurt GOP”. Since when Beckel was worried about GOP?
Then why is every single one of them glum, grim and sad looking? They should be smiling ear to ear because according them shutdown hurts GOP.
